How does Irish Acres Harvest Share work?

Irish Acres Harvest Share members pledge support to the farm by subscribing to our weekly fresh produce, grass fed meats, and seasonal products, sharing the risks and benefits of food production with the farm. Our produce is grown without the use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides/insecticides; we grow using organic practices, and heirloom/non-gmo seeds. Pest control is done using beneficial insects, chickens & ducks and we make our own fertilizers from the biodiversity of our fam.

Our beef is raised by our organic partner farm on green grass year round and our poultry, pork and goat meat are all raised here on our mountain farm. We may occassionally have grass fed lamb available from some of our friends who are in alignment with our pratices and beliefs. Eggs are from our hens, and goat milk products come directly from our herd.

 

You'll also get to choose fun seasonal items in your Harvest box like: goat milk cheeses, yogurt, kefir,  kombucha,

herbal teas and tinctures from our apothecary, skin care, goat milk soap and more! We have pick up locations in North Idaho, Eastern WA, Western MT. and Fort Collins CO area. If you're outside those areas shipping is available for an addititonal weekly fee.
